Refunds & Exchanges

 

Many items can be refunded within:

30 days after delivery: the refund period begins on the day of delivery, even if the item arrived late.

30 days after the maximum delivery date if the item has not arrived.

 

Exceptions.

Some items are subject to exceptions. See the Exceptions section below for more information on what items are treated differently and how.

Item received damaged, defective or incorrect

If an item arrives and it is faulty, damaged or incorrect (even if it contains an exception), it can be refunded and may need to be returned.

The standard return process

Please contact Customer Service to initiate the return process and for assistance throughout the process.

If the item is not subject to an exception, you must request a refund within 30 days of delivery. If your item has not been delivered by the maximum delivery date, you must submit your refund request within 30 days of the maximum delivery date.

In some cases, for example for faulty, damaged or incorrect items, you may be asked for proof of the problem, such as a photo. In other cases, for example for higher value items (including a faulty, damaged or incorrect high value item), you will likely be asked to return the item for a refund.

If you need to return an item, you may be required to pay return postage.

Depending on your bank, refunds may take up to 14 days to be credited to your original payment method.

Refunds are processed within 48 hours of request if a return is not required. If a return is necessary, the refund will be processed once the item has been returned to the relevant destination (eg, to a seller or returns center) and confirmed to be in good condition.

Cancellations

Orders start processing shortly after they are placed. There is therefore a short period during which your order can be effectively cancelled, via Customer Service. If the cancellation period has passed, you can still return your order for a full refund.

Refund exceptions

Perishable Products - If the item you order is perishable, it cannot be returned or refunded in most cases.

Excluded Items - Certain health and hygiene items (e.g. skin lotion, toothpaste) or electronic equipment such as software cannot be returned or refunded if the seal is broken (i.e. if it has been opened).

Services - If you purchase services from a local vendor, any refunds are subject to that vendor's policies.

Weekyfree Pickup Now Items

Some of the items available for pickup are sold at stores that also serve as pickup points. These items cannot be refunded without being returned. They must be returned to the collection point store, within 7 days. Check the product page and order history to find out which items are subject to these return rules.

Items delivered to store

If you choose to have items delivered to a collection point store, these special refund rules apply:

If the item was delivered on time, shipping charges are non-refundable.

Items not collected will be subject to a restocking fee of up to 80%.

Weekyfree offers this Policy in addition to the rights and remedies you may have against Weekyfree's vendors under applicable law.
